Our story!
Anderson Misumi (CEO & Founder), after more than a decade of experience in the Food Industry, saw great market potential in healthy snacks. So in 2018, he invited Thiago Novo (CMO & Co-Founder) and Fernando Arruda (CFO & Co-Founder), to develop healthy snacks, using the best technologies available.
During this period, they traveled to the USA, Europe, Africa and Asia. They found a technology that maintains the nutrients and characteristics of fresh foods. From this concept, in September 2019, they created Fruta Pocket, the first line of snacks from Solo Snacks. Showing the importance and that regardless of the place, SOLO is the basis for everyone's food.
Currently, the Solo Snacks product line contains the traditional Vegetable Chips and the successful Fruta Pocket in more than 11 Brazilian states.
With a global presence, Solo Snacks started exporting to Europe in 2022 and opened an office in the United States.
Also in 2022, we started a partnership with the fashion brand Reserva for the recently launched Fruits. This partnership allowed us to go beyond offering flavor and joy, allowing us to donate 1 portion of fresh fruit to a package sold in the Fruits line. This project is managed by the NGO Banco de Alimentos.
