Delivery Policies
Do you deliver all over Brazil?
Yes, we deliver all over Brazil. At the time of purchase, you choose one of the options that Correios or another carrier offers.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Standard delivery takes around 5-7 business days during regular times of the year, however, it depends on the Post Office or carrier chosen. In December and June, delivery times may be longer.
What should I do if I dont receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our factory. If your item doesn't arrive on time, let us know and we'll locate it for you. If the order cannot be forwarded to you within 24 hours, we will refund the shipping costs.
Returns Policies
Can they be returned?
Snacks can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Snacks must be in their original condition and must not have been opened or used. If a package arrives defective, please notify us immediately and we will refund the full cost of the package.
How much is the return shipping fee?
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers must ensure that returned products are properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping to the return address.
Reasons for Return/Refund?

Submission of evidence
Buyers must submit photo evidence clearly justifying the reason for the return/refund, where applicable. Some examples include:

Upon receipt of the claim and evidence, the refund will take place within 2 to 5 business days, using the same payment method chosen by the buyer.
